Prasang Invites is run by Divyesh Pambhar, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. By using prasanginvites.in, ordering an invite from us, or using the Prasang Invites app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the names, photos, videos and music you send or add.
• You confirm you are allowed to use them (for example, photos of other people with their permission).
• You give us permission to use them only to make, store and deliver your invites.
• Do not use the service for anything illegal, hateful or misleading.

Our designs

Templates, animations and graphics are made or licensed by us. You may share the finished invite as much as you like for your own event. You may not resell our templates or the invites as templates.

WhatsApp orders

• The price is agreed in the chat before we start. Payment is due before delivery of the final video.
• Small text corrections after delivery are free; a new design or new photos may cost extra.
• Please check names, dates and venues in the preview — we are not responsible for details sent to us incorrectly.

App purchases

Purchases in the app are handled by Google Play and follow Google Play's refund rules. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in Google Play.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
