Prasang Invites is run by Divyesh Pambhar, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what Prasang Invites ("we") collects on prasanginvites.in and in the Prasang Invites Android app, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: hello@prasanginvites.in.
What we collect
- Waitlist form: your name, WhatsApp number and the occasion you picked.
- WhatsApp orders: the names, dates, venues, photos, music and other details you send us to make your invite.
- App account: your email address, name, and a protected (hashed) password — or, if you sign in with Google, your Google account id and email.
- Your designs: the texts, photos, videos and music you add to a design and the drafts you save, so you can open them again on any phone.
- Notifications: a device token so the app can send you notifications, if you allow them.
- Purchases: payments in the app go through Google Play. We get the purchase status, never your card or bank details.
- Website statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
How we use it
- To make and deliver your invitation, and to save your designs and drafts.
- To send you the app link (waitlist) and replies to your messages.
- To keep your account secure, send verification and password-reset emails, and stop misuse.
- To understand which pages and features are used, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos for anything other than your own invites.
Ads in the app
The free version of the app may show ads from Google AdMob. Google may use your device's advertising id for this; you can reset or limit it in your phone's Google settings.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with Cloudflare (servers and file storage) and protected with encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only we can access your account data.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist entries: until the app is released and we have sent you the link, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Order details and photos: up to 90 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep or delete them earlier.
- App account and designs: until you delete your account in the app (Settings ▸ Delete account).
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at any time by writing tohello@prasanginvites.in. In the app you can delete your account yourself.
Children
Our services are meant for adults. Parents may add their children's names and photos to invites they make.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
